• How is your alcohol use lately?

Sometimes drinking can shift without us really noticing—whether it’s happening more often, in larger amounts, or starting to feel harder to control. Life stress, routines, and habits can all play a role.

This quick check-in is here to help you pause and take a closer look.

We’ve partnered with providers and organizations to offer a brief, confidential screening to support awareness around alcohol use and overall well-being.

This isn’t about judgment—it’s about understanding.

Taking a moment to check in with yourself can be a powerful first step.

    How It Works

    • 10 simple questions about your alcohol use
    • No right or wrong answers—just an honest check-in
    • Takes about 2–3 minutes to complete
    • Your responses are kept private and are not linked to your name
    • Results are just for you—to help you better understand your current patterns

    What You Need to Know

    • This screening is part of a mental health initiative focused on awareness and education. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace medical care.
    • Your responses and total score are recorded in a de-identified way, meaning they are not connected to your name or personal information.
    • At the end of the screening, you will have the option to download, print, or save your results. If you choose, you may share them with a healthcare provider or behavioral health professional.
    • Your results are based only on your responses and may not reflect your full health history or current needs.
    • If your results suggest a higher level of risk, or if you have concerns about your alcohol use, we encourage you to talk with a healthcare provider or a qualified professional.
